1) Import Background and make a animation which is the background image will move from right to left.
2) Then draw a cartoon character in the Adobe Flash then using bone tool to make a walking animation.
3) Then i download a dog image and crop, import to flash gallery. Apply an animation to the dog so that it looks like he's enjoy skating.
